Legal Fees and Pricing Options

We aim to take away the uncertainty around legal costs and always provide value for money.

We have created various payment options so you can choose the best match for your circumstances before we commence work.

We may also provide interest-free payment instalment options (better than getting a loan), and we may set up direct debit arrangements for certain clients. Both options are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing & Payment Options

You can choose from:

Fixed Fee Quote
A fixed quote will give you absolute certainty about how much a particular piece of work will cost. Because the fixed fee is based on a particular scope of work, if the scope of work changes, then the fee will need to be reviewed before work can continue.
Monthly Retainer Arrangement
A set monthly fee for all pre-negotiated legal services, no matter how much or how little legal work you require during any month.
Time-based Billing
Whilst often criticised, this is generally the best method for certain types of legal work (usually litigation). Billing frequency is negotiable, with an option of deferring payment of our professional fees and just paying disbursements (third-party costs for various searches, barristers, experts, printing, etc.) until the matter’s completion, depending on the type of matter. We may be prepared to also fund disbursements for clients in particular matters at our discretion.
No Win No Fee
No Win No Fee is a payment arrangement that enables you to access legal services without paying legal fees upfront. These arrangements are usually only offered in personal injury and compensation cases.

Terms and conditions apply.
